Wholemeal Spelt Cinnamon Toast Bread (bread machine)

515gwholemeal spelt flour (see notes)
1teaspoonsalt
2tablespoonscinnamon
7gdried yeast
55gbrown sugar
100gsultanas
¼teaspoonnutmeg
Instructions
Add all the bread ingredients (wet first, then dry) to your bread machine and as per manufacturer’s instructions (I used the sweet dough setting). When ready, remove from pan and slice when cool. Best eaten toasted with lashings of butter. Enjoy!
Notes
The instructions above are for a bread machine. Results can't be guaranteed if you make it by hand.
You can use white spelt or substitute the spelt for regular flour.
